Patrick Heim
Pat Heim grew up locally in Wayne, PA where he attended Conestoga High School. While at Conestoga he played football, wrestling, and lacrosse before choosing to play lacrosse at Penn State University. In 2007, he was drafted #1 overall in the Major League Lacrosse (MLL) professional outdoor league and later won a championship in 2011 for the Boston Cannons. He also played 6 seasons in the pro indoor National Lacrosse League (NLL) for the Philadelphia Wings.
Pat’s extensive real estate knowledge started working as a commercial real estate broker in 2010 representing businesses on relocation/renewal services in both lease and sales transactions. One of his favorite achievements was representing a buyer in turning the well-known SYMS retail clothing warehouse into the Main Line Sports Center where he’d later train youth and high school lacrosse players. Pat's experience in negotiating favorable terms for businesses, buyers/sellers, and building landlords has allowed him to help home buyers/sellers achieve their lifelong goals.
